Students of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, as part of the Business Ethics and Circular Economy course, are organizing First Student Fair of Sustainable Fashion. This initiative represents an important step in promoting sustainability and environmental protection, as well as raising awareness among students and the wider public about the negative impacts of the fast fashion industry.
The fair will be held at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek on May 28, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our goal is not only to raise awareness but also to educate students and visitors about the various ways they can contribute to preserving the environment and promoting sustainable development.
We invite students to donate clothing for the student fair this week, on May 14, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and on Thursday, May 14, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Clothing must be clean and in usable condition, and will be collected in the Aula Glagoljice.
The clothing will be exhibited at the Sustainable Fashion Fair. The minimum donation for each item of clothing is €1.00. The amount raised will be forwarded to the Moje Dijete Association, an association of parents of children diagnosed with and treated for malignant diseases.
