Workbench „Collaborative Observation of Teaching in Higher Education.

The goal of the workshop to familiarize teachers with the technique of peer observation and its importance in enhancing the quality of teaching. Peer observation is a method for improving the quality of instruction that focuses on professional development, the exchange of experiences, active learning, and critical thinking, and not for grading, thereby fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement of teaching skills. The workshop will be led by Assoc. Prof.Professor. Dr. Marko Turk, Ph.D., An internationally recognized expert in higher education, with extensive experience in pedagogy, instructional design, and academic professional competencies. He is a collaborator with numerous institutions and universities in Europe, an expert for the OECD HEInnovate program, and a member of European expert working groups in higher education.
