The Faculty of Economics in Osijek, in cooperation with the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP), is pleased to invite you to the 7th Science and Business Meeting, titled: Career Development through Lifelong Learning, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The event will begin at 11:00 AM at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, in the Glagolitic Hall.
Lifelong learning has become a key factor in success in today's dynamic business world. The continuous acquisition of new knowledge and skills enables individuals to adapt to changes in the labor market, remain competitive, and respond to global challenges and technological trends. Beyond professional advancement, lifelong learning fosters critical thinking, creativity, and personal growth, contributing to success not only in one's career but also in personal life. The keynote speaker will be Mr. Aleksandar Zemunić, managing partner at Selectio, who will provide an overview of the key skills and knowledge in demand in today's labor market through his opening presentation.
Following the opening presentation, there will be two panels dedicated to the importance of lifelong learning for career development and the 20th anniversary of the PUMA program, which has contributed to the education and career development of numerous generations of its participants.
