We are delighted to announce the Call for Papers for the 15th International Scientific Conference "Region, Entrepreneurship, Development" (RED 2026), to be held on April 23–24, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Osijek (Croatia).

The RED 2026 Conference will provide a dynamic platform for scholars, practitioners and students to exchange ideas, engage in thought-provoking panel discussions, and support the doctoral student community.

This year's theme, From Research to Relevance: Universities Driving Regional Development, emphasizes how entrepreneurship, innovation, and regional development research can contribute to societal transformation and impact.

We welcome contributions on (but not limited to):

Entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems
Regional and urban development strategies
Sustainability and inclusive growth
Universities' third mission, knowledge transfer, and societal relevance
Approaches for relevant and impactful research

Important dates:

Abstract submission deadline: December 15, 2025
Notification of abstract acceptance: December 20, 2025
Full papers submission deadline: EXTENDED until February 20, 2026
Notification of full papers acceptance: March 15, 2026
Conference: April 23–24, 2026
