ALL students have an email account created in the MS365 cloud. The AAI@EduHr account is used to access email (authorization) (which is already used to access Studomat, Merlin, the E-citizens system, etc.).
The email address is identical to the AAI@EduHr account (username@efos.hr and can also be used in the form name.surname@efos.hr).
The easiest way to access email is via webmail:
https://outlook.office.com (use AAI@EduHr account and password for authorization) and it is also possible to install the MS Outlook application (part of MS Office - version 2019 or newer is recommended - you can download and install it, as well as the complete MS Office package, from https://portal.office.com).
On the page
https://oliver.efos.hr/ldap/user/index.php
enter your AAI@EduHr account and password. Then select and click on “Change Password”
The email account is valid as long as the student exercises student rights, i.e. as long as he/she has the right to study at the Faculty of Economics.
If you have forgotten your password (AAI@EDuHr account), please contact the Student Affairs Office (students in the ISVU system, postgraduate students have instructions at http://arhiva.efos.hr/studenti/carnet-racuni/ ), and if you are unable to access your email at https://outlook.office.com send an email to efosmail@efos.hr with data (name, surname, OIB, description of the problem).
NOTE: The Faculty of Economics does not provide support for problems arising on the client side (problems with the mail client, problems with internet access, etc.).
