In the period from 11-12.9.2024. in Budapest was held ""IV. Central and Eastern European Family Business Research Workshop"" in the organization Budapest Business University.
Only invited researchers of family entrepreneurship participated in the workshop. From the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, teachers Mirela Alpeza and Petra Mezulić Juric were invited to the workshop and participated, presenting the scientific and teaching activities they carry out in this area.
The colleagues presented a paper that is part of a research on retired entrepreneurs entitled "Blessing or a curse: Capturing entrepreneurs' perspectives on retirement" and presented the content of the course Business Transfer in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, which they developed and are the only ones offering it as such in Europe.
