Dear students, from February 7, 2025, we have introduced the possibility of issuing confirmation with an electronic seal (e-confirmation).
Certificates with electronic seal (e-receipts) you can issue it yourself through your study machine (via computer or mobile phone), computers in the Aula Glagolitic alphabet or by personal arrival at Office for students and studies (department).
Certificates with electronic seal (e-receipts) are issued without purpose and you can use them for various purposes, they are signed with an e-seal and do not need to be additionally certified by the Office for Students and Studies. E-certificates can be issued in Croatian and English and with or without transcripts of grades. If you still need them certificates with purpose, you should contact the Department for Students and Studies.
Generated e-certificates are stored in the system for at least 12 months from the time of generation, and have a standard e-certificate appearance and content for all higher education institutions.
E-receipts are delivered to students exclusively to the official e-mail of the institution (EFOS mail).
