Sports Economics

Goal

The goal of the course is to apply economic principles and concepts within sport and the sports industry. The focus is on sporting events and sports organisations. The course enables students to study the economic dimension of sport at the local, European, and global levels, exploring how different factors affect the economic and social contribution of sport.
