Goal

The course aims to confirm the importance of achieving and maintaining the desired level of quality within an organization through a systematic and continuous effort by all stakeholders of the organization aimed at improving processes, products, services and the culture of the organization in order to achieve long-term success resulting from customer satisfaction. Therefore, the course emphasizes ensuring consistency in business processes, as well as in products and services according to pre-established quality goals and standards.

  1. Recognize and support the importance of continuous improvement of products and services, processes and systems in order to achieve and maintain the competitiveness of the organization.
  2. Assess the visible and invisible costs of quality.
  3. Arguing for (non)compliance of business processes through observation in relation to business standards (ISO standards).
  4. Compare tools and methods of quality management in organizations.
  5. Understand the importance of a total quality management approach.
