Goal

To deliver the content, approach, methods, procedures, and assessment methods for:

  • Acquisition of general and specific knowledge for project initiation, execution, and closure, as well as monitoring and control in line with generally accepted good practice.
  • Acquisition of skills for using tools applied in the management of simple projects.
  • Understanding the project management processes and their mutual interactions.

  1. Analyse a problem that requires a project approach for resolution.
  2. Explain the approach to problem-solving and what is the subject matter of project management.
  3. Distinguish between the phases and processes in the project life cycle; their input components and the outcomes of individual phases.
  4. Create a project plan by applying PM tools.
  5. Apply project management knowledge for the realisation of a particular project phase.
