Goal

The goal of the course is to introduce students to the skills that contribute to the development of productivity, the achievement of personal and professional goals, and the realisation of one's own potential. Through the course, students will be able to assess their existing level of knowledge regarding their own strengths and shortcomings, and gain insight into the importance of an individual's personal development (both professionally and privately) through various techniques of learning, developing self-awareness, accepting and respecting diversity, stress and time management, goal setting and understanding priorities, and teamwork. The course also provides insight into the importance of understanding the personal development of interpersonal relationships, as well as emotional intelligence and social awareness.
