The aim of the course is to introduce students to the internal and external factors of organisational design in order to efficiently and effectively design organisational elements and business functions. Special emphasis is placed on acquiring applied knowledge for a better understanding of organisational dynamics due to constant organisational and environmental changes.
1. Identify the factors shaping an organisation, different theories, types and dimensions of an organisation
2. Analyse the elements of the organisational structure
3. Compare and standardise the impact of organisational dynamics on organisational development
4. Apply the acquired knowledge of individual units and solve tasks in the field of organisation
5. Prepare and interpret relevant data from the organisation's field in a team environment
