The course focuses on training students to use financial and non-financial data to make short-term and long-term business decisions and investment decisions. Students are trained to use various financial techniques in order to use and interpret data in order to make decisions. Emphasis is on practical understanding and application of financial analysis, business performance analysis, risk analysis in business as well as investment profitability analysis. Calculations are performed using Excel.
