Goal

To introduce students to how to use available and current digital tools intended to optimize daily business operations and project activities.

1. Evolution of digital marketing tools: from web 2.0 to web 3.0
2. Introduction to basic tools for effective management of daily business operations – establishing a foundation for effective management of digital resources (openware, freeware, shareware)
3. Digital tools for social and business collaboration
4. Tools for managing digital marketing campaigns - creation and launch of digital marketing campaigns
5. Content design tools - conveying a communication message through the design of visual and textual content
6. Tools for learning and development – upgrading knowledge and creating your own educational/instructional content
