a) general issues, sources of competition law, when and why it arose, the Competition Agency, sectoral regulators

• define and distinguish between the concepts and institutes of competition law and state aid law
• identify and distinguish between forms of prohibited market competition (prohibited agreements, abuse of dominant position and prohibited concentrations of undertakings);
• connect the acquired knowledge about the basic institutes of competition law with the methods of their protection.
