The course content is divided into 6 modules:
- Introduction to artificial intelligence (what is artificial intelligence, basic concepts, types of AI)
- How artificial intelligence works and why it is important (how it works, advantages and limitations of application, ethics and bias in AI systems)
- Generative Artificial Intelligence and ChatGPT (what is ChatGPT, how does it work, prompt engineering, how to formulate queries)
- AI in business areas (marketing, sales, finance, social media and branding, customer service)
- Practical examples (Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, Coca-Cola, etc.)
- Preparing for the use of artificial intelligence in business (how to recognize opportunities, organizational prerequisites, future trends)
