Zakona o visokom obrazovanju i znanstvenoj djelatnosti (\u201eNarodne novine\u201c broj 119\/22, 110\/26), obvezni su ispuniti uvjete propisane \u010dlankom 123. stavka 5. Statuta Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku, \u010dlankom 45. stavkom 5. Statuta Ekonomskog fakulteta u sastavu Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku, pro\u010di\u0161\u0107eni tekst te \u010dlankom 29. Pravilnika o provedbi postupka izbora\/reizbora na znanstveno-nastavna, umjetni\u010dko-nastavna, nastavna, suradni\u010dka i stru\u010dna radna mjesta na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku (u daljnjem tekstu: Pravilnik Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates for the competition are required to submit documentation according to the prescribed application form - <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Obrazac-br-5-prijava-na-natjecaj-za-izbor-na-suradnicko-radno-mjesto-viseg-asistenta.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Form No. 5 \u2013 Application for the vacancy for the position of senior assistant<\/a>, which was published on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Obrazac-br-5-prijava-na-natjecaj-za-izbor-na-suradnicko-radno-mjesto-viseg-asistenta.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.efos.unios.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants to the competition are required to submit a completed and signed form. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Obrazac-privole-za-prikupljanje-i-obradu-osobnih-podataka.docx\">Consents for the collection and processing of personal data<\/a> published on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/en\/about-the-faculty\/transparentost\/\">https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/o-fakultetu\/transparentost<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates who meet the formal requirements of the competition and who have submitted the required documentation with their application must attend an interview before the Committee to verify their motivation and inclination towards scientific research work. They will be notified of the location of the interview via email from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek no later than five (5) days before the interview. All candidates who meet the formal requirements of the competition and who have submitted the mandatory documentation with their application for the competition must take part in a written test and\/or interview, and will be informed about the content and method of the written test and\/or interview, legal and other sources for preparing candidates for the written test and\/or interview, the place and time of the written test and\/or interview via the Faculty&#039;s website and by e-mail no later than five (5) days before the written test and\/or interview. Candidates who do not take part in the written test and\/or interview upon invitation to the test will be considered to have withdrawn their application for the Competition and will not be considered candidates for the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za kandidate natje\u010daja koji su strani dr\u017eavljani potrebno je prilo\u017eiti dokaz o poznavanju hrvatskog jezika u skladu s Zajedni\u010dkim europskim referentnim okvirom za jezike (C2). Svi kandidati natje\u010daja koji posjeduju inozemnu visoko\u0161kolsku kvalifikaciju obvezni su prilo\u017eiti dokaz o provedenom postupku vrednovanja inozemne visoko\u0161kolske kvalifikacije u svrhu pristupa tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Labor Act, the Higher Education and Scientific Activity Act, the Statute of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, the Statute of the Faculty of Economics within the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek and the Regulations on the implementation of the election\/re-election procedure for scientific-teaching, artistic-teaching, teaching, associate and professional positions at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek have been published on the website of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/en\/about-the-faculty\/transparentost\/\">https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/o-fakultetu\/transparentost<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Persons of both sexes may apply for the competition under equal conditions. Only a person who meets the formal requirements of the competition and who has submitted a timely and complete application for the competition will be considered a candidate for the competition. A complete application is an application that contains all the information and attachments specified in the competition and is signed by hand. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates who, based on special regulations - the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of Their Families (&quot;Official Gazette&quot; no. 121\/17, 98\/19, 84\/21 and 156\/23), Article 48 of the Act on Civilian Victims of Homeland War (&quot;Official Gazette&quot; no. 84\/21) and Article 48.f. of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids (Official Gazette, No. 33\/92, 57\/92, 77\/92, 27\/93, 58\/93, 02\/94, 76\/94, 108\/95, 108\/96, 82\/01, 103\/03, 148\/13 and 98\/19), Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette, No. 157\/13, 152\/14, 39\/18 and 32\/20) call for the right to priority in employment, they are obliged to refer to this right in their application for the competition and to attach all evidence prescribed by special regulations for the exercise of this right. The aforementioned candidates shall have priority in employment compared to other applicants, only under equal conditions. For candidates who, in their application, invoke the right to employment priority under the Act on Croatian Veterans of Homeland War and Members of Their Families (&quot;Official Gazette&quot; No. 121\/17, 98\/19, 84\/21 and 156\/23) and the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War (&quot;Official Gazette&quot; No. 84\/21), the list of evidence required to exercise this right is available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans: <a href=\"https:\/\/branitelji.gov.hr\/zaposljavanje-843\/843\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/branitelji.gov.hr\/zaposljavanje-843\/843.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates who invoke the right to priority in employment pursuant to Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (&quot;Official Gazette&quot; No. 157\/13, 152\/14, 39\/18 and 32\/20) are required to invoke this right in their application for the competition and to submit all evidence of meeting the required conditions, as well as proof of disability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All candidates will be notified of the results of the competition no later than (15) days from the date of its completion. The Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Faculty of Economics in Osijek reserves the right to notify all registered candidates via e-mail. Candidates are required to provide their e-mail address in their application for the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By applying for the competition, each candidate gives consent to all their personal data contained in the competition documentation being collected and processed for the purpose of implementing the competition in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). <a
