{"id":7842,"date":"2026-03-02T10:14:59","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T08:14:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/?p=7842"},"modified":"2026-03-02T11:08:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T09:08:48","slug":"europski-forum-alpbach-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/en\/europski-forum-alpbach-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"European Forum Alpbach 2026."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>European Forum Alpbach (EFA)<\/strong>&nbsp;awards full scholarships for participation in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alpbach.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">international conference<\/a>&nbsp;which will be held in Alpbach, Austria from August 24 to September 4, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The European Forum Alpbach was founded in 1945 and brings together engaged young people and leading experts from the world of business, politics and international relations, the academic and scientific community, and civil society from around the world with the aim of developing ideas for the empowerment and democratic development of Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are four main topics of the conference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>finance and economics,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>European security in a multipolar world,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthening democracy and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>combating climate change and preserving the environment;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>with an emphasis on technology and innovation and a strong cultural and artistic component of the program. More information can be found at the link:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alpbach.org\/efa26\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.alpbach.org\/efa26<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the EFA Foundation is awarding around&nbsp;<strong>350 scholarships for young people from all over the world<\/strong>.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alpbach.org\/blog\/scholarship-programme\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Scholarship competition<\/a>&nbsp;it is open&nbsp;<strong>from March 2 to 22,<\/strong>&nbsp;and young people between the ages of 18 and 30 can apply, regardless of academic discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full scholarship covers the costs of participation in all parts of the program, accommodation (11 nights with breakfast), local transportation (bus, cable car), and visits to local tourist attractions. The total value of the scholarship is \u20ac3,000.
