Two universities, partners in the European University Alliance project <a href=\"https:\/\/colours-alliance.eu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Colors<\/a>, They joined forces to strengthen training and collaboration in doctoral research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interactive 3.5-hour session, held via Microsoft Teams, included 16 doctoral students from UNIOS (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ices.hr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>P<\/em><\/a><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ices.hr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Entrepreneurship and innovation<\/a><\/em>) and UCLM (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uclm.es\/en\/estudios\/doctorados\/economia-empresa\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Economy and business<\/a><\/em>Working in teams, the students developed research proposals under the guidance of academic instructors and two distinguished experts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professor Estrella D\u00edaz S\u00e1nchez (UCLM, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ciudad Real), Marie Sklodowska-Curie Senior Global Fellow and leading marketing scientist, delivered a lecture on the topic. <em>Developing competitive project proposals<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Lex van Tee\u016delen (HU Business School, Utrecht), a professor of entrepreneurial finance and an experienced EU grant applicant, shared insights on <em>in directing financing opportunities <\/em>European Union.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop helped doctoral candidates acquire practical tools for designing competitive funding applications, postdoctoral opportunities, and international research grants.
