{"id":5617,"date":"2025-04-30T07:22:46","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T07:22:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/?p=5617"},"modified":"2025-04-30T07:23:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T07:23:23","slug":"european-central-bank-scholarship-for-women-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.efos.unios.hr\/en\/european-central-bank-scholarship-for-women-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"European Central Bank: Scholarship for Women 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The ECB Scholarship for Women is an initiative supporting female scholars from low-income backgrounds in pursuing a Master's degree. <strong>in the field of economics, statistics, computing and engineering<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the scholarship will be offered to 15 outstanding candidates who will:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive a grant of \u20ac10,000\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend a study visit at the European Central Bank with dedicated activities, such as meeting with the ECB Women in Leadership Network.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain insight into the ECB's central banking and banking supervision functions.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet fellow scholars and join the alumni community\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive advice and mentoring from an ECB economist or an expert in the field of banking supervision, statistics, engineering, or computing. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To be considered eligible for the program, the candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A woman and a national of an EU country;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currently enrolled, or about to enroll, in a master's program in economics, statistics, engineering, or computing at a European university or business school;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facing a funding gap that may prevent them from pursuing their studies;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed an undergraduate degree with excellent grades (i.e., for a bachelor's degree)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The ECB is an inclusive employer that strives to represent the diversity of the population it serves.
