Within the project Meet the Employer<\/strong>, at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, on December 12, 2023, the eleventh presentation of companies\/employers was held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lecture <\/strong>under the name <\/strong>\u201e"\u201e<\/strong><\/em>Career in the \u017dito Group \u2013 guided by tradition, open to ideas of the future<\/strong>\u201c"\u201c<\/strong><\/em> <\/em><\/strong>held by \u017dito Group employees: Valentina Pravdic \u2013 <\/strong>Head of Human Resources Management, Marin Peranovic<\/strong> \u2013 key account manager and Ivan Dominkovic<\/strong> - Software Specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an interesting and informative presentation, representatives of the \u017dito Group presented the company structure and their career paths to the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They pointed out that the \u017dito Group is one of the drivers of the economy in its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They also gave away gift packages to the fastest and most accurate students in a very interesting quiz, as well as the opportunity to participate in the company's selection process to gain insight and experience in how to approach testing during employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representatives of the \u017dito Group emphasized and told the students, among other things: \u201e"Surround yourself with good people. Go for it, don't wait for the perfect moment and the perfect job! Do what you love. Nothing comes overnight."\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Office for career counseling and career development<\/a> at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek in 2022 launched a project called Get to know the employer\/industry.<\/strong> The goal of the project is to introduce different companies\/employers as well as different industries to students, present the opportunities that a certain company\/industry offers (projects, internships, etc.), present career development opportunities in the company after completing their studies, and the expected and required knowledge and skills for different jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U okviru projekta Upoznaj poslodavca, na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Osijeku, 12. prosinca 2023. godine, odr\u017eano je jedanaesto po redu predstavljanje tvrtki\/poslodavaca.
