At the student competition held at the Lukowa Academy in Belgrade, a team consisting of Matej Vujani\u0107 and Bruno Radovanovi\u0107 from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek and Juraj Botkuljak from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics in Osijek won second place. Teams from Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia participated in this international event. After an exceptionally successful placement at the CFA Research Challenge (global semi-final), our team participated at the invitation of the organizers, and successfully solved a case study on portfolio management and provided innovative solutions to the client. Exchanging experiences with colleagues enriched the perspectives, and the warm welcome of the Belgrade hosts further enriched the experience. The second place victory represents the foundation for lasting connections among students from the financial field in the region and a great achievement for our students at one of the most important financial competitions in the Republic of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
