Within the project Meet the Employer<\/strong>, at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, on November 29, 2023, the tenth presentation of companies\/employers was held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lecture<\/strong> <\/strong>under the name <\/strong>\u201e"\u201e<\/em><\/strong>Be Agri future Belje\u201c"\u201c <\/em><\/strong>employees held Belje plus doo.<\/strong>: Ines \u0160terijev<\/strong> \u2013 Human Resources Manager, Martina Paric<\/strong> \u2013 Procurement Manager and Vanja Vovk<\/strong> \u2013 Marketing intern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company representatives Belje plus doo.<\/strong>, gave a very interesting lecture and presented the company and their career path in detail. They also presented in more detail what the company Belje plus doo.<\/strong> can offer to students as future economists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among other things, they advised students to be patient in their career path and progress through it, saying: "\u201cSuccess is being happy, doing what you love! You are responsible for your career path and you are responsible now! You are the one who controls your career path!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Office for career counseling and career development<\/a> at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek in 2022 launched a project called Get to know the employer\/industry.<\/strong> The goal of the project is to introduce different companies\/employers as well as different industries to students, present the opportunities that a certain company\/industry offers (projects, internships, etc.), present career development opportunities in the company after completing their studies, and the expected and required knowledge and skills for different jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
