Peer observation is a method for improving the quality of instruction that focuses on professional development, the exchange of experiences, active learning, and critical thinking, and&nbsp;<strong>not for grading<\/strong>, thereby fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement of teaching skills.&nbsp;<strong>The workshop will be led by Assoc. Prof.<\/strong><strong>Professor<\/strong><strong>. dr. sc.&nbsp;Marko&nbsp;Turk<\/strong>, An internationally recognized expert in higher education, with extensive experience in pedagogy, instructional design, and academic professional competencies.
