Marina Stanić has been employed at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek since 2006 at the Department of Management, Organization and Entrepreneurship, and since 2020 she has been working as an associate professor. She is continuously active in undergraduate and graduate studies in courses related to entrepreneurial management of organizations, decision-making models and behavioral approach to economics. She is the co-host of the course Effectuation, Learning Organization and Human Resources on the doctoral course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She is active in research in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises with an emphasis on activities within the creative industry sector. She is a member of the board of directors of the Slagalica foundation and actively participates in cooperation projects between the academic community and the non-profit sector.
