Pozivamo vas da se prijavite na studentski posao Indirect Purchasing Intern u tvrtki Rimac Technology, mjesto rada: Zagreb, mogućnost rada na puno radno vrijeme.
Due to increased workload, we are currently looking for an Indirect Purchasing Intern to assist our Project Purchasing team in dealing with everyday tasks.
1. Responsibilities and work tasks
- Proceeding with a purchase requisition (transferring them into Purchase Orders in the ERP)
- Signing NDAs with new potential business partners
- Collecting confirmation of delivery dates for open purchase orders
- Getting in touch with suppliers in case correction of invoices is needed
- Supporting in preparation of tables, collecting data
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
2. Requirements
- Student of Economics/Business or similar
- Previous experience in purchasing considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Proactivity, responsibility, and diligence
